Territorial scope of the insurance: in the entire EU territory and the states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Not covered are activities before non-European courts as well as advice or activities in connection with non-European law. 

Contractual arrangements: 

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of Business of Dr. Henning Jaques shall apply to mandate and remuneration agreements in the version applicable at the time of the mandate, which may be inspected at the offices of the law firm or will be sent upon request. In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, German law shall apply and the place of jurisdiction shall be Hamburg. 

Out-of-court dispute resolution:  

In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution upon request at the regional bar association in Hamburg, on the basis of § 73 Para. 2 No. 3 in conjunction with. Section 73 (5) BRAO) or at the arbitration board of the legal profession (Section 191 f.
